What this experiment is testing

Whether an authenticated HMRC PAYE agent can programmatically retrieve PAYE employer liability and payment information for authorised employer clients via the official PAYE Online API in the HMRC sandbox.

We do not assume capability. Every result must be backed by a real sandbox response and recorded in README.md.
